A Service to Recognise Grief, Loss and the Hope of Christmas -19/12/25
Christmas can be a hard time. Amidst all the encouragement to be happy, and songs about "the most wonderful time of the year", pain and loss can be even more difficult to bear.

The Anglican Parish of South Darebin is offering a quiet, peaceful service on Sunday 19 December at 5 pm, to give the opportunity for quiet time to honour those who have died, and to acknowledge hurt and loss in other ways. The hope of Christmas will be part of this service also.

Come along and join in, or sit quietly in the peace as you feel comfortable. This is a Christian church service, and everyone is welcome, whatever faith they hold, or if they have no faith, or are exploring their beliefs.

Refreshments will follow.
Venue: Anglican Church of St James the Great, Corner of Newcastle and Pender Sts Thornbury
Sunday 19 December at 5 pm
